Tablet order

Hi I ordered a huawei tablet from 02, I have received an email saying that the order has been received and the item will be with you before you know it. I also received an email with the credit agreement and that's it I have not received anything else for days pls help.

We aren't able to view your order here on the community but it sounds like the tablet may be out of stock. You won't receive anything now until your order is out for delivery and you will get a despatch email with a tracking number.
