Huawei in car wifi - usage in Europe

Hi

I have a Huawei 4G in car wifi (purchased from o2) that I want to use in Europe (Spain and Portugal).  The PAYG data sim that came with it is restricted to UK mobile data.

I have been told that if I want to use the Huawei 4G in car wifi in Europe, I need to purchase a new SIM such as a big bundle SIM such as the 2GB data, 4G ready, 750 minutes, 2000 texts for £15.

Can someone please confirm that a PAYG big bundle SIM such as the above will work in the Huawei 4G in car wifi ?  Does the data last for 1 month?

If not, is the Huawei 4G in car wifi locked to O2?

Yes it will be locked and yes a big bundle sim will work in any country.

and yes, allowances last for 1 month.
