Hi O2 Community,
I am not with O2 as a networking company but I ordered a pair of apple earpods within the recent hour however I am having second thoughts on it and want to cancel it, but I can't seem to find the cancel area or the order on my account - please help I want to cancel it as quick as possible so it does not process through shipping and so forth.

I am in London it is bank holiday today do you think their customer service is open tomorrow? Also are they open today I do not seem an option to communicate.

Customer service are open today and also tomorrow. All ways to contact here although there does seem to be an ongoing issue with live chat.:
Alternatively you can call into an O2 store.
