The email address that I used to register is no longer in use how can I change it to get into my account

Hi @Anonymous If you cant get into your account at all you need to contact CS and advise them of the change. They will have to reset it for you http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You can still use it to get into your account and you can change it in My O2 under personal details.

Email address is just an id. There's no need for it to be live.
