My home O2 broadband router/modem has packed up on me. How do I get a replacement?

You should ring customer services for the broadband division. They will either send a new router....or an engineer to check it. Which provider are you with incidentally @Anonymous? Presuming you are now with Sky check for their number here http://help.sky.com/

Maybe @Toby can advise as it's a BB issue?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
