Help!

I got a new iphone on new O2 contract this week - but O2 won't let me purchase an e-sim plan for my old apple watch.

Apparently they don't do this - but this message board says otherwise! (Last year there were threads saying it was £7/month to purchase)

Can anyone help advise please? Customer service not helpful

Thanks

NP

@NP75

All you need to do is follow the watch setup routine from the watch app and yes, still £7 a month.

If you get any issues, see guide Activate Apple Watch Guide

  • If you already have an Apple Watch:

  • Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  •

  • Tap on 'Mobile Data'.
  •

  • Select 'Set up mobile data'.
  •

  • Sign in with your My O2 username and password when prompted.
  •

  • Select your Apple Watch plan and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  •
Key Details of the O2 Apple Watch Airtime Plan
  • Cost:
It's a monthly charge, which, according to the O2 community, has been £7.00 per month.

THanks - but I can't get the £7/month contract - O2 says it doesn't exist anymore as an add-on

Utter rubbish @NP75

Just follow the guide as posted.

I can't guarantee zero issues as we know all too well that it's not straightforward with O2, but you can certainly still get a watch plan.
