Which phone and which headphones?

Usually you claim from the manufacturer but if Samsung, I believe the offers are now closed.

Hi Sam, 

 

Is this for a business contract?  If so which handset did you go for?  The gift with purchase for the S21 range is running until the 30TH September where you can claim the free buds and SmartTag via the Samsung website.  

 

Customers can redeem their Gift with Purchase by following the leaflet instructions that will be enclosed in their new device packaging. There is a maximum of 250 claims per company participant. Samsung are responsible for redemption so all queries should be directed via their customer service teams.
