So i ordered my upgrade today and because it stated next day delivery i sold my old phone. This leaves me with no phone. I received an email from 02 saying that my order is out of stock and will be delivered as soon as possible. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how long did it take to come? I'm annoyed and now without a phone and not sure how long that will be for.
@May08 O2 doesn't run a live stock reporting system. They've been doing this to customers for years. I think it's a despicable practice. This is a customer community. There's no way anyone here would have any knowledge of how long it will take for you to get your phone. Your only option is to call and cancel the order so you can buy a phone elsewhere.
