Free Disney + after signing new contract

Hi all, I’ve recently upgraded my contract and when negotiating the terms the woman I spoke with mentioned I was able to get Disney + for 6 months for free.
Does anyone know how I sign up for this please?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.
