I think they have turned off 7726 now (according to a PM from Martin last week)?
On another thread I have just answered, the poster said 7726 wouldn't send.
Edited to add, I am removing that line from future posts.

It was back office notifications from the forum that have been turned off.
Certain keywords posted on the forum trigger a notification.
7726 is a generic system that works from any network, but we know on O2 that a zero spend cap will prevent them from being sent - even though they are free to send.

Ok, although it did seem coincidental when the poster said 7726 wouldn't send.
I just PM'd Martin for clarification...
Edited, I have reverted back now to my usual copy and paste answer
