Family Bolt On, Number Not Eligible?

I have been trying to add someone to my family bolt on but every time I do it comes up with 'This number is not eligible'

He is on a BB tarrif but I have been told this shouldn't matter but I hve just added a new number and it ws added striaght away.

 

Does anyone know whats going on here?

If they're definitely all on O2, I can only suggest you give them a ring or use Live Chat, see the details in "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.

If you have more than 5 including you, you will need the Extended family bolt on.
