Hello, I cancelled my audible extra but it’s also removed the unused credit I had on my account. This doesn’t seem very fair as I had paid for it! I can’t seem to find anyway to get in touch with o2 as the chat is constantly busy. Can anyone help?

You need to speak to Audible as nothing o2 can do about it...

Just found this on the Audible Help Pages, so looks like its tough luck, they remove any unused credits.. Its the Amazon way 😞

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

I'm not sure O2 handle that as the money was paid to Audible who are the ones to reimburse
