I have received 2 codes now for the galaxy earbuds pro2 and neither have worked , I have tried on different browsers but all say code invalid ??? Frustrated and unhappy 🙁.  

Please someone help

Little we can do here being just customers.

The earbuds are a continuing saga, but we can only point you back to O2

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 

Might be worth putting in an Official Complaint

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
