A couple of years ago I was able to download the Couch to 5K programme to my MP3 player, now it only looks like they let you download it as a mobile phone app, or it simply plays on the computer.  Have they stopped making it possible to download to MP3 or is there a way to still do so?

I have just tried it, and clicking the week number gives a semi pop-up with the description.
If you then right click the download link and choose "save link as" it downloads the mp3 in a zip folder to your PC.
Not quite as straight forward as it looks @starfish!

If you visit the web site below you can download the podcasts to your computer. You then need to transfer them to your mp3 player.

That was something I tried already.  When I click on the particular week, it opens up a player and starts to play, but there's no option to download.

Thanks.  I've managed to download to the computer, but now that I can do it, I can't find my mp3 connector!
