Divert when abroad

Hello! I am abroad now and I am trying to set "Not Reachable Divert" to my other mobile phone number, but it shows me an error. I have tried "** 62 * phone number # SEND" and setting divert in my iPhone 6 menu - all attempts were failed. HELP PLEASE!

Apologies for any confusion @sawal86

Had you mentioned you were PAYG at the time of posting then we would have avoided any posts about call diverts or wifi calling.

It is no problem for me to upgrade to Contract via MYO2 if it would help me to setup divert or wifi calling.

@sawal86 you would need to upgrade to a 30 day or 12 month sim only contract.

A contract would enable you to use call diverts. However, unless you had a device which was compatible for WiFi Calling it would be pointless, Wifi calling does NOT work when abroad either...

These are the ONLY devices which get WiFi Calling @sawal86

As I said, even if you have one of these devices, it doesn't work when abroad...As your initial post was about CALL DIVERTS, I would forget about WiFi calling for now.

Wifi calling was a diversion of the issue surely?
The problem was surrounding diverts which will work on any contract sim......
