I was offered Free Disney + for 6 months with my contract so I cancelled my existing Disney + subscription and set the o2 one up within the time to redeem the code and it was working fine until I got a new WiFi box in my house and now everytime I log in with the email I set up the account with it tells me I’m no longer subscribed. How can I sort this out

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Thanks just think it was one of those things to get my service ....never again ..luckily my daughter is due to upgrade in a week think we will choose a different network for her
