Hello
I preordered a S22 Ultra and got it yesterday. I had a text saying my extras were canceled. I checked today and my international calls are gone but not disney plus. I still have that and to add it it says I only get 6 months. Do I have to manually cancel?
By preordering the S22 Ultra don't I get 12 month Disney plus or only 6?

If you chose this plan, you get 12 months of Disney... (If you already have 6/12 from a previous Extra you need to cancel to get the 12months. You can't stack them) Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

So if that's the plan you have and you are only showing 6 months, then you need to call the Sales team
message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
