I haven’t received my £275 deposit back after 3 months

It will show on your 4th bill, and you need to contact o2 to get the deposit back, this is dependent on all the 3 bills been paid on time and in full. 


If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , after your 4th bill is issued they can help with this.

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
