Hi. From over week I have a problem with o2. I upgraded my concrat and I ordered new phone, And it's disappeared. The order from o2 warehouse was despatched but never received by the UK mail. Can you help me with this please?

You need to call customer service.

It's o2's responsibility to find your phone.

I called to them tree times in last week and nobody know how to help me with this. Every time they told me than the delivery should be in next day.
