Data bolt on query!!

I purchased a data bolt on 1/2 way through my pay and go simplicity which I get 500mb data which had run out giving me an extra 500mb then when I topped up the simplicity at the end of my month it then used the data from the simplicity top up not the data bolt on which then left me with 350mb on bolt on which today ran out after the month surely it should use the data bought previous to the new top up I am now with out any data allowance seems a bit unfair to me when I was unable to use the bolt on data once I topped up simplicity won't be adding another bolt on as in effect only got 2 weeks and still didn't use data coz it took it off simplicity

When your anniversary date kicks in on your normal tariff, any data bolt on is lost.

Yur account will always use your tariff allowances before any bolt on allowances.

And they dont roll over.

PLus if you have gone over your normal data allowance and being throttled ona pay monthly contract account {not payg}, if you then decide to add a data bolt on any amount of mb gone over your normal tariff data allowance, will be deducted from your bolt on data allowance.

Its best not to add a bolt on at all if your near your main anniversary date.
