I have disney plus as an extra that i would like to activate but when I try to do so I get a message saying there is a problem and to contact my service provider. I have tried several times and have the same message. Can u please help

If still no good, contact O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
