We’ve had regular customers (using the o2 network) are unable to access our website.

Please can you let us know if you have blocked our website or maybe recent parental control settings have blocked these customers from accessing our website? I did try to call o2 customer service but they told me they do not have a team to sort out these kinds of issues.

Our domain and IP addresses can be sent to you upon request.

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

O2 use site classification from http://www.bbfc.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi Pete,

I would also contact your web host to ensure that they aren't blocking the o2 IP Ranges. As this could be DDOS mitigation on their side.

Cheers,
Andy
