Is it just me that can't seem to get onto live chat or even through to right department when calling? Oh and then promptly cut off once "transferred". Urghhhhhh

As with many companies these days, support staff have been cut back to a bare minimum and many have reported problems trying to get through.

OK. Checked on mobile. It works. On pc using FF, Chrome and Edge it doesn't ....
