I've been trying for three days to get though to Customer Services.  By phone, I'm repeatedly told that waiting times are 50mins +.  When I did wait, I gave up after over an hour.  Chat is not available at all.  Is there actually a Customer Services function?

You will just have to keep trying as cs have been having issues this week. This is a customer to customer forum so your not speaking to o2 here. Is there anything we can help with as long as it is not account related

@Anonymous We have been told the issues with contact methods are now resolved but they obviously have some backlog. Try again between 8-8.30am...

2 days they have been "clearing the backlog" now - not acceptable!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
