Whilst trying to top up my broadband/mobile  account I inadvertently logged on to the above website. I have since told them that I have no use of their service by phone and by email. Curiously enough they would not accept the email unless I used my O2 email address.

I wait to see whether they actually do unsubscribe me.

Has anyone else had a similar problem ?

If that's the address you signed up with you will have to use the same one to cancel.

Why anyone would sign up with them I can't imagine.
