Hi,, I'm wondering if someone could help me as for the last three months the day after my bill is due my age verification gets messed up and I have to ring O2 just to have them lift it. It has happened again tonight when I have tried to access my betting account. I know people moan about having to do it but why is it happening every month. It is really starting to do my head in as every time I ring up they say it wont happen again and it does!
Thanks

It shouldn't happen and luckily it has never happened to me after the one instance of having to age verify over 12 months ago. To be honest I don't know what else can be done if this is still happening after repeated phone call to customer service.
Personally, I would be making a complaint here:

It often happens to me as well. If I use live chat they usually fix it fairly quickly, if I am insistant that I do not want to make another visit to an O2 shop.
Searching the forum I see that many people have been complaining about this for a long time.
Why can't they find out why this is happenning and fix it?
Does someone in O2 disaprove of people accessing the "adult" web sites?

All of the major UK networks now use this system:

I know just wrong in my book you take out a contract at 18 or over so if you want access blocked you should have to opt in not out
