Claiming free gift from new phone contrqct purchase (headphones)

I have recently purchased the new sony phone that offers the sony headphones as a gift! It says you need to claim the gift from the website. Low and behold the website doesn't work and has said the promotion is now closed! On what i read it said the promotion should of had a promotion closure date of the 14th of june. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

Which Sony model have you purchased. I've found one where only Vodaphone and EE customers can apply?
I've just checked the other site and been told I'm too early to claim. To come back on the 16th of June
