I recently purchased the new Galaxy s23 Ultra. I was told that it came with the promotion mentioned above. I had x2 links from o2 sent by message and none of them work. One says its expired and the other takes you directly to the promotion page for Samsung and the only thing to claim is a gift card for £300 in Adidas. But this gift card cannot be claimed if you purchased through o2. How difficult can it be to claim something that you are entitled too? Why does o2 HAS TO MAKE IT SO DIFFICULT? I spend 45 minutes on the phone with an agent and she could not give me a solution. Kept saying that she didn't know how to claim it. I contacted Samsung and they said they had not idea neither as the offer is in o2 not Samsung directly.
If I don't find a solution here I will raise a complaint for false advertising.

You need to still claim, you just have to wait the 30 days before the code is sent.

Did you purchase more than 30 days ago? Have you got your code.
You can then use that on the Samsung site when you go to purchase the buds
