Hi
I recently upgraded from the iPhone XS Max to the iPhone 12. I don’t like the smaller screen and would like to upgrade to the 12 pro max instead. I know I have 14 days to return but I noticed a small scratch on the back of the device. Will this cause any issues in returning the phone. Will I be charged or will they just refuse it.

It depends how bad it is but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
