Card not going through

So I went to purchase some accessories with a unidays discount code and every time I enter in my payment and press “Continue to next step” the page will just refresh again. On the top of the page it’ll say something like “please check page for following error” and on the bottom of the page it’ll say “your payment did not go through please check again”.

The thing is, I try to purchase this order with 2 different bank accounts both of which have the funds necessary to make the purchase. I also contacted both banks to tell them my payment on the O2 website we’re not going through and they both said that it was a problem on O2’s part.

Just was curious to see if anyone else is having this issue. I plan on speaking to o2 tomorrow.

@Fung You need to contact customer service to get this resolved plus o2 don’t actually have a live stock system so there’s a big possibility that what you want to order may not be in stock
