Hello, a few weeks ago i was given an offer about the O2 free wifi service and i was sent a sim card, but ive realised i do not need this offer anymore and i would like to cancel it and cancel my direct debit with you, so there is no money taken from my account. My phone is not available at the moment so i cant call to cancel it, can i do it online please?

Why would they?
O2 wifi is free for everyone, you don't even need to be an O2 customer at all......

I'm completely lost as to what they've actually want as the thread is o2 wifi but the op is talking about a contract

I'm also completely at a loss of the actual issue, wifi is and never has been any sort of contract or stand alone sim. I'm not even sure this is O2 we are talking about...
