I tried adding Disney plus to my account but it’s not working and said it’s already redeemed and I now am paying for it separately and also have it on my O2 account. How do I cancel the Extra?

Nope won’t cancel and it says I have already redeemed my code which I haven’t so I’m paying for a service I cannot use
