Can't send text from desktop

I am old and arthritic and can't use the tiny keyboard on my phone.

So I want to send SMS from my O2 number using a regular computer with a proper keyboard.

Why does the link not work?

Is there somewhere else I can do this?

Both of them are Android. My phone is not Android.

What phone do you have @Anonymous ?. Users with iPhones seem to experience a few issues with TuGo..

 Blackberry (quite old). But O2 do not know this, and they don't need to. I only wish to use the web app. It's the account status that is the issue.

I think only business customer service can really help you with this. I see no reason why the type of mobile you have would make a difference to the web based TuGo as it's purely account related.
