Hi I have an unpaid bill that I need to pay except the device number doesn’t show up on my account only my main phone number. I can’t call them as I have problems talking on the phone it’s a medical problem so I need to know if there is a way I can find it so I can pay the bill as it’s going up higher, please help.

You need to contact payment management.

Get a friend or family member to call on your behalf.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
