Hello,
I have just upgraded my pay monthly contract phone but the new device is faulty and I have arranged for it to be exchanged for another like-for-like handset. However, one of the requirements of the return is that it comes back in its original packaging. Unfortunately, I don't have the original packaging anymore, so I have found another cardboard box that can hold the handset and the other accessories that came with it. I was going to wrap the phone in bubble wrap, seal the box, and stick a label with the return address on it. Would this be alright?
Best regards
Chris

You need to ask O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
