Hi - as it says above I can't call 101 (for local rozzers) from my business phone. It's a BB Bold 9900 and I just get 'calling' and then 'disconnected' with a beep.
Does anyone have any ideas why please?

I would contact whoever it is in your company that deals with the phones and refere them to this faq and get 101 enabled http://www.police.uk/101
quote from the site
What should I do if the 101 number is currently blocked on the phone at my workplace / college / business premises?
As 101 is a new number, some business phone systems and switchboards may not yet be programmed to recognise 101. Please contact the person who administers your phone system to request that access is opened to the 101 number.

I would personally use the normal numbers from the list or dial 999 I refuse to pay 15p to help the police do the job they are paid to do
