I got 3 month free Disney+ subscription with my upgrade. But when I’m following the link to activate it nothing comes up and I only have a week to activate before it expires. I’ve tried getting hold of someone for 4 days now. Can someone please help?

Hi Martin, thank you for your response. I still haven’t got this sorted. Whenever I try to get hold of someone or use the live chat I can’t get through to anyone. Can you please help with this?
