The Watford store said my 02 phone number had been transferred to new software so they couldn't sell me a new phone for over a month. Why?

O2 are in the process of moving everyone over to the new 360 billing platform which is causing some issues.

Go somewhere else if O2 can't deliver. Don't feel stuck in one place
