I haven't received the promotional code for the discount on the buds 3 pro when purchasing my z fold 7 despite being within the promotional period.

I still have not received my code. Contacted customer services and they said it was a technical error and would be sorted in a couple of days. Phoned back a week later to spend an hour on the phone being passed around and then told I would get a call back and still nothing after a week. Can you help.
