Not an easy one to place, this, but here goes:

My account shows 3 bolt-ons active when I am logged on to the website (screenshot 1 below), yet my MyO2 app on my phone shows I have 4 bolt-ons active (second screenshot below)...  now which is correct?

(Ignore the red highlighting in the first screenshot, that was used in another post last month - I'm re-using and recycling this month ;))

MyO2 on the web shows:

MyO2 app on Android shows

So...?  Thoughful

Surely only you can tell us which is correct?

Hopefully you are using the family bolt on and the open discount so I would go with the app....

Both are, except the website one is missing the Family bolt-on shown in the mobile app - so app is "more correct" (?) than website, @MI5

@jonsie - a valid observation, and true - now I am not the master of the family bolt-on, that is under the firm control of the domestic bursar on her PAYG phone.

An interesting gap, though, I thought...

So both are correct... for a given definition of "correct"?

Which one, app or website, is displaying the truth?
