Have you actually checked your balance? I can't find any evidence of that number being attached to O2?

At a guess I would think someopne has tried to top up their mobile and accidentally transposed your number for theirs. Look on it as a gift, O2 won't take it from you.

Hi @Anonymous,

Has your balance actually gone up by this value? Its not a bogus message, so let me know. It may be someone making a mistake with the number they wanted to top-up!
