Anyone know what the script is with these clowns? Cancelled my contract last year, received debt collection letter in March this year because they “forgot to close my account” wavered some fees as a gesture of goodwill (total bill was £30, they took off £15, how kind!) Just received another bill for £15 (hmmmmmm) and when I’ve logged in, I don’t have anything registered so I can’t check my bill and I have been on hold for 45mins trying to speak to someone! What do I do?
