Hi !
Been waiting since 9AM on the Waiting room to get tickets and the system is very slow.
Just scared that the same problem as the one raised earlier with Michael Buble will bounce back.
Does anyone experience the same problem here ?

Well they are all gone for the O2 on the Friday and Saturday.
My wife just called from work to say she got in just as I did and we got offered one ticket in the gods for the Sunday between us.
Ticketmaster tomorrow it is.
Good luck people.

Confusing to say the least. I am a new customer to O2 and one of the sellers was O2 Priority for me. What a disappointment!!! I was logged on extremely early both yesterday and today, only to discover that people logging on after me got tickets. What is the point of placing people in a 'waiting room' with a message stating that you are in a queue and holding your place if this is what happens, and to add insult to injury there they are already on eBay. Touts 1 - Fans 0!!! Should've gone to E&E....at least I would have 3G!!!

Hi there,
Totally agree, the tickets will fall into the hands of the agents etc, appear as they already have at double/treble the price. Real fans never have a chance.
This is frustrating, i logged in to the waiting room at 09:00 both days , took over an hour after the sale had started to get in, by then all the tickets had gone.
The other frustrating thing is that other people I know actually logged in later than me and at the sale start time, and they got in and got tickets - something severely wrong with this system. The curious thing about those people is that unlike me on 'superfast' broadband they were both on 3G connections.
For a truly fair presale , each priority user account should only be allowed to login once at any given time. This would also reduce the number of sessions in the system and reduce the 'excessive' demand.
I wish you all better luck tomorrow, O2 poor show (but then do they really care).
Take care.
