BILL CHARGE DIFFERENCE

Hi my self and my husband both had new phones and contracts September 3 days apart same phone same contract , now we find my bill is £27.03 and his is £24.36 . anyone can say why this should happen , let me say we have been o2 customers for best part of 12 and 15 years

Unfortunately we have no access to your accounts on this O2 community forum.

It might be a pro rata payment left over from your last contract? However you really need to contact O2.
