Signed in to audible now saying I have no membership package even though my02 shows this is what I signed up to as part of my extras? I’ve been trying to sort this for a month with no luck. This offer will be expiring by the time this gets sorted really frustrating!

So I have been trying to get help from O2 support from November to access Audible Books - several messages and still no further forward, my offer is up in Feb and I haven't been able to access at all! Very disappointing and to add insult to injury receive phisfing text this week. If I can't get support to sort out access to Audible Books what hope is there with phisfing messages 😞
