I am now living in Vietnam. My contract is nearly up and I know I can cancel it. However, I dont have the O2 sim anymore so I cannot call from here to the UK without costing. Something I will NOT do in order to cancel a contract (especially, when there is never a simple option to do so on the web).
My wife managed to cancel a few days ago speaking to an agent online.
I have been on the site for just over an hour now and it still says, 'Give us a moment, we're just checking to see if there's an available agent'. How long is a 'moment'?
Am I doing something wrong here?!? Help!

You're welcome @Anonymous Glad I was able to help you. Having said that, I would double check your account in a few days, just to make sure the account is closed and that there are no further charges. Sometimes these accounts have a way of coming back and biting you if you haven't dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's, especially with you being so far away.
