Trying to update my address but no verification codes get sent to me (probably going elsewhere from what I read in other posts). I used both a PC and the O2 app on my phone. The number it states that the text has gone to is correct and I have waited several hours now; still nothing.
Any ideas?

I had to call Customer Service (always a lot of fun) and have it done manually as they could not send me verification text messages either.
Given that I have been through every utility supplier I have today after the move and got many texts it seems a resounding level of capability that O2 cannot. To rub salt into the ironic wound being inflicted I did get a sales text from O2 in the midst of my support call.
Oh well. (sigh)

Glad you got sorted in the end and thanks for updating. Crazy that they can send all manner of marketing texts at all hours of day and occasionally nighttime yet verification codes disappear into the ether...
