HI I have an additional charge on my account that I do not recognise relating to App store purchase. can you help identify what app this is for as I wish to cancel

You need to contact customer services @stevenPrice
Either call them on 202 from your o2 phone, or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.
Alternatively, message them on social media:

O2 will have no idea as they just pass on the charges from the App Store.
You need to contact them, either Apple or Google depending on which app store the charges are from.

The App Store should have a list of your purchases. Google do, I'm sure Apple have similar
