Added free 6 months of Disney+ to friends account

Can anyone help, I can’t get through to customer service but I got a free 6 months of Disney+ when I upgraded, however, I was signed in to my friends account so when I clicked to redeem its automatically added to her account. How can I get this transferred? Any help greatly received! Thanks
