Hi all

I've had my number ported over from Vodafone on to an o2 SIMO plan. This eventally happened yesterday and as I live in an area with not so great signal i find that having wi-fi calling enabled helps greatly indoors. I've tried to enable this feature on my o2 plan via the phone (iphone XS max) but it redirects me to the o2 website whereupon i do not see the option to enable this feature. After reading a prior post on this the issue (https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/4G-amp-Wi-fi-Calling-enable/td-p/1356197) may be that the system does not recognise my device yet? I've tried to speak to customer service but i can't seem to get through to any one.

Could someone on the forum assist?

Many thanks

@BPatel

You need to contact Customer Services to enable it

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (they open at 8am) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
